I am dedicated to representing only the tenant’s interests while negotiating on behalf of my clients. Although, based in Southern California, I've transacted business in more than 20 U.S. states and several foreign countries. In 2011, I brokered the largest office space deal on record in San Diego. In 2013, I was appointed Managing Director for the downtown Los Angeles office of Avison Young, the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate company at the time. In 2023, I founded Commercial Real Estate Advisors (CREA), where I am now CEO. I received a BA from Vanderbilt University and hold a CoreNet Global’s Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation.
